Let me ask you people, those in a relationship. Do you guys really think your partner is the One? Or are you just in the relationship? How did you feel about the person when he or she confessed? How did YOU feel about the person when you confessed?
Do you really mean it when you say, "I Love You."?
I dunno, I just can't see this in so many relationships nowadays. I look around and I see so many people with broken relationships. So many people who are in relationships that won't last...
I admit, the one time I was in a relationship, I thought she was the One, well, apparently, she didn't. I was ready to dedicate my life for her, do anything for her, and well, it didn't work well. I guess I respect her feelings too much. I don't want to hurt her, I don't want to bring up the past. I'm sorry if I did anything to hurt her, or if I didn't do anything, but no matter. I doubt she'd come back.
Anyway~ I'm going on with life, but big problem... Why can't I find someone else to love? I think it's very sad... My situation that is... I want to be in a relationship, I'd willingly enter a relationship, but only if I feel that it's right. So in the end, I'm not with anyone...
Oh sure, I can still see who's good looking, who's nice. Like I can tell myself, oh, she's good-looking, and nice, and she smart and funny too. Totally my type! Heck, she's perfect! But the thing is... I can't see myself loving the girl. What's up with that? She's a great girl! Sigh...
Maybe if I just winged it? If i paid no attention to my heart. Entered the relationship just like that? If I just do what so many others do? Maybe I might find the one in her? Maybe it has to be done this way?
I'm old-fashioned right? I'm an old-romantic. That's not good in this world anymore. Sigh, I'll probably die alone, a distinguished old man with his pet cat. I'll sit in front of a fireplace, reading a book, drinking my sherry. Maybe smoking a pipe. Might start next time...
Well, hey, mid-way through 'A' levels! WOotS! Chem paper tomorrow. Lets get this over with!!!
